Complex Pool

Costa blanca's Punta Prima complex is situated in a fantastic location, and we think is ideal for everyone, even if you do not have a car.

No matter what your pleasure, if its a round of golf, a quick dip in the sea, or just relaxing by one of the several pools, Punta Prima's Entrada resort is the perfect place for you.

La Entrada is the second phase of Senorio de Punta Prima.
When finished this Spanish influenced development, will encompass a large area on the Costa Blanca's Mediterranean coast,with luxuriant parks, swimming pools, a hotel, restaurants, bars cafes, shops, and a marina, all within a private and secured area

Although the whole complex is not finished and there is building work going on, the completed phases remain quiet and are not affected at all.
The complex has three pools, one of which is heated for winter use, all surrounded by lush landscaped gardens, pergolas and all situated only 300m from the sea

The apartment is situated on the corner of the first floor in block 4, the picture to the left shows the large west facing balcony.
All floors have lifts and stairways, the apartment comprises of two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and bath, a large open plan living area incorporating the kitchen, dining and lounge area.
Ideally the apartment will sleep four people, but with the use of the pull out sofa bed in the lounge area, it could sleep up to six.
The apartment has heated floors in the bathrooms and a dual system air conditioner / heater.

We now have Satellite TV installed with all British channels sky movies and sky sports Because the apartments have been purchased for our own use they have been furnished to a high standard and fitted with all the comforts of home to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
