Booking and Availability
We have tried to keep the cost to a minimum, and we do not believe in marking the price up for school holidays
The price list below is based on a per week charge for the apartment and includes all clean towels and bed linen.
Each booking is confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of £75.00. The balance is payable in full no later than 6 weeks before your holiday.
To keep the apartment in good order,there is a security bond of £100 payable with the final balance. This will be retained until the keys have been returned and a satisfactory inspection of the apartments has been completed.
(On arrival you will be asked for 45Euros "this is for Cleaning")

Complete the booking form and return with the non refundable £75.00 (105 euros)deposit. Your reservation will be confirmed on receipt of the signed booking form. The signing of the booking form confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions of all persons intending to occupy the property. The balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before departure. If booking is made within 6 weeks of departure, then full payment must be made at time of booking.

Cancellation |
In the event of cancelled booking the client concerned must notify us in writing.
We reserve the right to cancel the booking if the final payment has not been made 6 weeks before arrival. Additionally, if cancellation occurs within 40 days before departure, 35% of the total holiday cost will be charged and within 28 days before departure, the total cost will be forfeited by the client.
Should a problem arise with the apartment beyond our control and we have to cancel a booking, we will advised without delay, and a full refund of all monies paid for the rental will be made.

Refundable Security Bond
|
A security bond of £100 should be sent with your final payment. This is refundable within 30 days of your return to the UK . All or part of the security bond may be retained by us to cover loss of keys,excess cleaning costs, replacement or repairs to the property or any of its contents, excessive utility bills due to heater/air conditioning, hot water being left on, when no one is in the apartment. Please check the apartment on arrival and inform us if there are any defects or problems within the first 24hours, or you could be held liable

Arrivals and Departures

Check in times are variable * Special arrangements can be made provided the apartment is not required immediately before or after your holiday.This will be discussed prior to departure

Liability
|
We accept no responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, loss or damage to persons or personal effects howsoever caused.
We are not responsible for any deaths, injuries, illness or loss or damage to property, including motor vehicles or to that of any guest however caused
We cannot be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising in connection with your stay in the rental home caused by matters outside of any reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil disturbances, strikes or other industrial action, acts of Government or any event beyond our control.

Communal Swimming Pools and Surrounding Areas
|
Use of the swimming pools and surrounding Areas is at your own risk. No liability will be accepted for injuries caused as a result of the use of the swimming pools and communal areas. Please do not allow children to use or play near the swimming pool on their own. No glass of any kind is allowed in the pool area. Pool rules are displayed in the apartment, please read before using

Smoking and Noise
|
We do not permit smoking inside the apartment for health and safety reasons and also out of consideration for future guests. Please remember that the complex is residential, so please keep the noise to a minimum especially at night
|
Security
|
During your stay, whenever you leave the property, you are expected to ensure that all windows are closed and that all doors are locked, PLEASE TAKE ALL THE KEYS WITH YOU WHEN YOU GO OUT, AS THE BUILDING AND PERIMETER DOORS MAY BE LOCKED BY SECURITY

Community Restrictions
|
The number of occupants must not exceed 6 persons. In consideration of other residents, noise should be kept within a reasonable level and not interfere with your neighbours’.Only the persons named on the booking form are allowed to use the apartment and facilities at Punta Prima.
